Topping-out! Phase I construction of the employee living area hits the “accelerator” button.

On August 6, with the completion of the final concrete pour, all 12 buildings in Phase I of the Huabao Park Employee Living Area were successfully topped out, marking the successful completion of the project's main structural construction phase.

The first phase of the employee living area covers an area of 3.8 hectares and is planned to include 11 employee dormitory buildings, each with 98 rooms equipped with private bathrooms, accommodating approximately 3,800 people. Phase 1 of the living area also includes the construction of a comprehensive dining hall building, which houses an employee dining hall, a VIP dining hall, private rooms, and a small banquet hall. The employee dining hall can accommodate 1,000 people dining simultaneously, providing employees with comfortable and convenient living support services. From the start of foundation construction on April 8, 2025, to the topping out of the 12 buildings, the project was completed in four months, overcoming numerous challenges such as rainy season construction. The project has progressed steadily, ensuring that the construction is completed according to schedule. This topping out not only marks the project entering a critical phase but also represents a key step in improving employee living standards, optimizing internal facilities and environments, and enhancing comprehensive service capabilities within the park. Moving forward, the first phase of the living area will enter the outdoor engineering and interior decoration stages.

Phase I of the employee living area will be completed by the end of 2025. At that time, the park's living facilities will be further improved, the level of service and support will be enhanced, employee satisfaction will be increased, and a stronger sense of belonging and cohesion will be fostered.
