Huabao Industrial Park organized legal training to safeguard development

To further strengthen employees' legal awareness and improve the park's level of law-abiding operations and compliance management, on July 28, Huabao Park joined forces with the park's legal advisor to conduct legal training. The training was attended by Huabao Park's management, department managers, and relevant representatives.

At the training session, the park's legal advisor systematically analyzed the investment and business environment in Indonesia, addressed common legal risks in park operations, and answered compliance-related questions arising from actual work. During the session, representatives from various departments actively posed questions. The park's legal advisor drew on real-life cases from park operations to thoroughly analyze legal issues encountered in areas such as contract terms, document processing, labor management, and land expropriation, and proposed corresponding strategies.

Following the session, participants from all departments stated that the training not only addressed legal questions encountered in daily work but also provided legally compliant solutions to practical challenges, while further enhancing their ability to manage legal risks.

As a Chinese enterprise operating in Indonesia, Huabao Park seeks broader development opportunities but also faces challenges posed by the different legal systems and cultural customs between China and Indonesia.
