1. Market Strategy and Sales Planning: Responsible for the overall sales strategy and planning of the company's automotive products in overseas markets, ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Analyze overseas market trends, competitor dynamics, and consumer demand, and develop targeted market strategies and sales plans.
2. Sales management: Supervise and manage overseas sales teams to ensure efficient operation and achieve sales targets. Manage overseas sales channels, including partnerships with distributors, agents, and other partners, and expand new sales channels. Monitor sales data, analyze sales performance, propose improvement measures, and optimize sales processes.
3. Market development and promotion: Develop and maintain overseas markets, establish and expand customer relationship networks. Plan and execute marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and influence in overseas markets. Participate in domestic and international exhibitions, negotiate business, and discover potential customers.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with overseas customers, and provide high-quality customer service. Handle customer complaints, resolve issues that arise during the sales process, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Team Management and Training: Recruit, train, and manage overseas sales teams to enhance the overall quality and business capabilities of the team. Motivate team members, create a positive team atmosphere, enhance team cohesion and combat effectiveness.
6. Budget management: Plan and control overseas sales budgets to ensure the rationality and economy of sales activities.
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a regular higher education institution, with priority given to majors in marketing, economics, management, or related fields.
2. Under the age of 42 (born after September 1982)
3. Possess rich experience in overseas sales, especially successful sales management experience in the automotive industry or related fields.
4. Familiar with the characteristics of overseas markets and the development trends of the automotive industry, possessing keen market insight and judgment.
5. Proficient in English or other major overseas market languages, able to communicate and negotiate fluently in business.
6. Possess excellent market analysis, strategic planning, and execution abilities.
7. Familiar with overseas market promotion, channel development, sales management and other processes.
8. Possess good communication and coordination skills as well as teamwork spirit.
9. Possess strong resilience and the ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced market environment.
10. Possess good learning ability and willingness to continue learning, able to constantly adapt to market changes.
11. Priority will be given to those with overseas work or study experience.
