Step into the Huabao Youth Empowering Chambers (HYEC)

Huabao Youth Empowering Chambers (HYEC), also known as the BTIIG Lecture Series, centers on the theme of “Joining Hands to Build and Revitalize Our Motherland.”

Since 2023, Huabao Industrial Park has launched its Youth Empowering Chambers, serving students from multiple schools in Morowali. The park offers long-term practical skills training programs including public speaking, problem-solving, and Mandarin language courses, collaborating with several educational institutions such as SMK 1 & SMK 2 Bungku Barat, SD Tondo, and TK Assyahfa.

Students participating in the Huabao Youth Empowering Chambers span all age groups, from vocational high school to kindergarten. The park's volunteers meticulously design courses tailored to each student's characteristics. Through interactive games, folk culture experiences, and other diverse formats, they integrate career exploration, skill development, and cultural exchange into the classroom. In a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, they guide children to broaden their horizons and build self-confidence.

The younger generation of Morowali grew up amidst rapid industrialization, witnessing their hometown's continuous prosperity while contemplating how to find their place amidst change. Addressing these uncertainties, the Huabao Youth Empowering Chambers draws on lessons from industrial park development and cross-cultural growth challenges faced by young employees. It helps local youth deepen their understanding of the industrial sector and discover their path through experiential learning.

Youth are the backbone of building society and the nation. Huabao Industrial Park believes that through soft skills training and capacity development, the younger generation of Morowali can become the driving force for building a brighter future. Huabao will also march forward with the youth toward a more promising tomorrow.
