To strengthen the development of a high-skilled workforce and foster a competitive and collaborative work environment, on July 21, Huabao Industrial Park organized the third employee welding skills competition. A total of 110 employees from Huabao Industrial Park, Shuoshi Company, and Hanrui Company registered to participate.

The competition event for this round is DN65 galvanized round pipe right-angle welding, focusing on assessing participants' adherence to welding operation standards, the quality of finished welds, and safety awareness. This comprehensively evaluates participants' overall technical proficiency, as well as their concentration, patience, and attention to detail in specialized operations. On the competition site, participants were fully focused, with sparks flying everywhere and the sound of welding machines echoing continuously. The judging panel carefully inspected the quality of the finished products, evaluating them based on criteria such as weld appearance, angle deviation, and welding defects.

After intense competition, two first prizes, four second prizes, and six third prizes were awarded. The champion of the Chinese team was Wang Jianzhuo from the Power Generation Division, the runner-up was Cui Yongqi and Wu Jiefeng from the Mechanical Equipment Division, and the third place was shared by Wang Hao, Cheng Mengya, and Zhao Zitong from the Mechanical Equipment Division; The champion of the Indonesian group was Askarullah from the Warehousing and Logistics Department, the runner-up was Ardi Syamsudin from the Power Generation Division and Muh. Agim from the Mechanical Equipment Department, and the third place was shared by Sapril from the Warehousing and Logistics Department, Aksan from the Mechanical Equipment Department, and Syamsul Masialu from the Warehousing Center.
