Dialogue between Park Leaders and Employee Representatives: Listening to Employee Voices

　　On the afternoon of December 11th, Huabao Industrial Park held a unique employee symposium to deeply explore the problems that exist in the work and life of Chinese and Indonesian employees. Leaders including Cai Zhengyang, Executive General Manager of the park, Lu Xinquan, Huang Jian, Gao Chunhua, Deputy General Managers, and representatives of Indonesian employees from various departments attended the meeting.

　　The dialogue session was packed with attendees, and employee representatives eagerly engaged in face-to-face communication with the park leaders. They enthusiastically spoke up, sharing their experiences in work, study, and life since joining, and actively providing suggestions and advice on the problems encountered in work and life.

　　Park leaders patiently listen to employees' questions and suggestions with an open and friendly attitude, propose solutions on site, and clarify personnel to track and solve problems. The entire symposium ended successfully in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
