This year, all employees of Huabao Industrial Park worked together, producing and constructing at the same time, rushing for progress and efficiency. This year, we actively carried out skills training and have trained nearly a thousand professionals in welding, machine repair, auto repair, and other fields for the local area. The localization rate of talents in the park has exceeded 90%. This year, Zhenshi Indonesia Huabao Silk Road College opened classes and innovatively developed a customized talent training model for order classes, cultivating a group of high-quality and high-level technical talents for Indonesia and providing talent guarantee for Huabao's localization development.
