100 Indonesian University Interns Embark on Their Journey at Huabao

On November 29, Huabao Industrial Park held a welcome ceremony for the second cohort of interns participating in the National Internship Program. Representatives from Huabao Industrial Park, PT Shuoshi Indonesia Investment, PT Hanrui Nickle Indonesia, PT FreeNow, along with all interns, attended the ceremony.

This internship program brought 100 university interns from multiple Indonesian institutions to Huabao. They were assigned to frontline positions across Huabao Industrial Park,  PT Shuoshi Indonesia Investment, PT Hanrui Nickle Indonesia, PT Freenow for a six-month period of practical training and learning, aimed at expanding their knowledge and enhancing their skills.

At the ceremony, a representative from Huabao Industrial Park's management welcomed the interns. He noted that 2025 marks a pivotal year for Indonesia's journey toward its “Golden Indonesia 2045 Vision”. Among the “Asta Cita” proposed by Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto, the goals of enhancing human resource quality and strengthening youth skills align closely with Huabao Industrial Park's commitment to “localized development” and “talent co-cultivation.” Huabao Industrial Park and its tenant enterprises will fully support the interns' development and encourage them to actively explore and boldly innovate within the park.

At the ceremony, intern representative Irsan expressed gratitude to Huabao Industrial Park for providing internship opportunities. He stated that all interns would seize this chance, dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to every task, and not only contribute to the park's development but also lay a solid foundation for their future careers.

Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto has unveiled the “Eight Visions” (Asta Cita), charting a grand vision for Indonesia's sustainable development and human resource optimization. As a Chinese enterprise operating in Indonesia, Huabao Industrial Park actively responds to the government's call by integrating national aspirations into its own development strategy, tailored to its specific circumstances.

From welcoming 100 interns from across Indonesia to promoting 127 Indonesian employees into management roles, and through ongoing Mandarin training programs for all Indonesian staff, Huabao strives to empower every employee with knowledge, skills, and broader development opportunities. We also aim to contribute to building a better Indonesia.

Huabao Park believes that through the joint efforts of the government, enterprises, and society, more Indonesian youth with technical expertise, management skills, and an international outlook will grow into the backbone of realizing the “Golden Indonesia 2045 Visions”. Huabao remains steadfast in walking alongside the youth and alongside Indonesia.
