260 ton cold box body successfully lifted, Huabao technology helps Hanrui construction enter a critical stage

On June 14th, the lifting operation of the 260 ton heat exchanger cold box body of the Hanrui project, which was lifted by the warehouse and logistics department of Huabao Park, was successfully completed, announcing that the construction of the Hanrui project has entered the installation stage, once again demonstrating the lifting strength of major equipment in the park.

The lifting equipment this time is a heat exchanger cold box body with a length x width x height of 14mX11.2mX7.4m and a total weight of approximately 260 tons. The lifting equipment used in this operation has a large volume and heavy weight. In order to ensure the safety and efficiency of the lifting operation, the Huabao planning and commissioning team optimized the lifting plan based on the site conditions, crane positioning, lifting path and other difficulties. ZCC5000V-1 was selected for the main lifting operation, and ZCC6300 auxiliary lifting chute was used to complete the installation conversion of the heat exchanger cold box from horizontal to vertical, ensuring smooth installation.

During the dual machine lifting process, multiple professionals need to cooperate with the operators simultaneously, making it difficult to command. To ensure the safety, stability, and accuracy of the entire lifting process, the planning and adjustment team budgeted for the installation position of the cold box body, the installation position of the super lifting counterweight, and the safe positioning of on-site workers, strictly implementing safety operating procedures.

It is reported that the cold box body is one of the heaviest equipment in the lifting task of the Hanrui project in Indonesia. The 8-hour lifting process from preparation to installation fully demonstrates the professional ability of Huabao Park in large-scale equipment lifting, demonstrating the park's warehousing and logistics technology support capabilities and service level.
