Pay attention to health, starting from the 'heart'

In order to enhance employees' understanding of the "three highs" (hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia) diseases and strengthen their self-management abilities, on March 25th, Huabao Park connected with cardiology experts from Tongxiang Second Hospital to organize health knowledge popularization training in the command center conference room.

This training specially invited domestic experts to give online lectures, focusing on the etiology, manifestations, diagnosis, harm, prevention and treatment measures of "hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia" diseases. Through real cases, practical and effective measures were proposed for the prevention and control of "three highs" diseases.

In response to the trend of "three high" diseases becoming younger and the unique living and medical environment overseas, experts suggest starting with controlling diet and weight, maintaining moderate exercise, regular physical examinations, and achieving "early prevention, early detection, and early treatment" to effectively reduce the incidence of "three high" diseases.

At the training meeting, the participating employees actively asked questions, and the training experts patiently answered them. After the meeting, everyone expressed that they had benefited greatly and would pay more attention to their own health management, adjust their diet and lifestyle habits, and take preventive measures in the future.
